After six decades of living it never occurred to me that a contributing factor to some of my aches and pains was the tightness of the fascia holding me together. Yoga poses had been helpful. Tai Chi was beneficial. But after only a few sessions with Alexis, with his emphasis on the true timing required to realize gain with a stretch, the light within came on. I get it now. Of course that means I have to change yet another bodily behavior and practice what Alexis teaches, but that’s my challenge. Your’s may be to get with Alexis’ program as soon as you can and make a change for the better.
